Our responsibility doesn't end when the design has been finalized—we are part of the construction process as well. As the authors of the design of your Project, we are uniquely positioned to answer the voluminous questions that will arise during the complex Construction Phase. We will ensure that you will not “get ahead” of the Contractor in payments vs. the percentage of work installed and in place, and also that the Project will be accomplished to the specified level of quality.
We thus serve as your agent as you work with your selected General Contractor. Think of us as your Design and Construction Expert Resource from start to finish, and to answer any questions you may have.
